The ideal candidate will manage product categories and build strong supplier relationships, with expertise in high-quality garment production, especially in Women’s Knitwear. Responsibilities include developing technical files, advising on materials, and ensuring product quality. A background in sustainable fashion is preferred, offering a collaborative team culture focused on ethical practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in knitwear technology and garment production.
• Experience in Women's Knitwear and interest in sustainable fashion.

Responsibilities

• Develop graded technical files from design sketches.
• Advise on materials, components, suppliers, and production methods.
• Ensure product cost, composition, and quality meet business targets.
• Lead fit sessions and seasonal fit reviews.
• Analyse fit, quality, and returns data to drive improvements.
