Qualifications

• Around 5 years of in-practice experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Work on the production of technical drawing packages.
• Design presentation materials like boards and layouts.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and NHBC guidelines.
• Assess risks and create health and safety plans.
• Inspect construction sites for compliance with drawings.
• Organise and back up drawings properly.
• Measure existing buildings on-site as required.
