Job Summary

Conrad Consulting are currently recruiting for an Intermediate level Architectural Technologist to join an award-winning Architectural studio in central Manchester on a permanent basis. This pioneering Architectural studio currently houses over 50 Architectural professionals involved in a wide range of design sectors. Future employees can expect exposure to both small and large‑scale projects within retail, residential, commercial and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

As a new hire, you will work primarily in REvit and receive frequent training sessions to bolster your technical capabilities. You will report to a Senior Architectural Technologist, who reports to various levels of management, giving you the support to develop and enhance your skill set and prepare for future leadership.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of practical experience, preferably with a UK‑based architectural practice.
• Relevant technical qualification: Degree, HNC/HND, etc.
• Sound technical/construction knowledge.
• Full proficiency using AutoCAD & REvit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
