An FMCG company in Wrexham is seeking a Sales Administrator to manage global customer service inquiries and support sales teams. This is a highly collaborative and creative team that is a joy to be a part of. They're in an exciting phase, expanding their supply into additional European countries, and so you'll be a highly valued member of the sales team in helping them ensure customers have a positive experience.
- Answering Global customer service enquiries which may come from businesses (retailers/distributors the company have supplied to) or end users of the product. This would be predominantly via email, webchat etc.
- Processing orders and completing administrative requests for B2B customers globally - this includes marketplace orders such as Amazon and Walmart and utilising various different customer portals and systems.
- Upload and maintain product database
- Support Sales Teams in both the UK and US by providing sales/data reports - you'll need to be super excel savvy, able to do manipulate data, pull pivot tables, v look ups
- Support in ensuring the successful implementation of the Sales and Marketing Strategies to maximise profitable sales revenue and increase CTO.
A successful Sales Administrator should have:
- A background in sales admin/customer service within the FMCG industry.
- Experience dealing with a broad range of customers (ideally businesses and end user)
- Familiar with various email marketing software and e-commerce platforms
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong communication skills - able to communicate with a Global network
- Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment - able to juggle and prioritise tasks effectively
