Job summary
A technology company is seeking a Middle+Senior FS Flutter & Node.js developer with a strong focus on back-end development. The role involves maintaining and improving the existing app’s back-end, collaborating with a front-end developer, and ensuring stable performance before launch. Ideal candidates should be experienced in Node.js, Flutter, and API development, and have strong problem-solving skills. This is a remote position with a requirement for proficiency in English.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in back-end development focusing on Node.js and Flutter.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with front-end developers.
- Experience with existing codebases and quick learning.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the existing app’s back-end.
- Collaborate with front-end developer to implement features.
- Ensure app stability and bug-free performance.
Skills
- Experience with both Node & Flutter is a must, but BE is a main focus

Level: Middle+Senior
Hard skills:
- Strong experience in back-end development (Node.js, TypeScript, Firebase, or similar).
- Experience with Flutter / mobile app integration.
- Ability to read, understand, and work with existing codebases quickly.
- Experience in API development, database design, and server-side logic.
- Familiarity with bug fixing, performance optimization, and deployment processes.
Soft Skills / Additional:
- Problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with front-end engineers and follow existing documentation.
- Ability to work independently, but collaborate with part-time front-end developer.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the existing app’s back-end.
- Collaborate with the front-end developer to implement features and fixes.
- Ensure app stability and bug-free performance before official launch.
- Quickly understand the existing code structure and documentation.
- Provide guidance and solutions for any technical challenges in both front-end and back-end areas.
- Optionally, assist in testing and QA processes.
