We are recruiting an Production Manager for a fast‑growing FMCG manufacturing business with in‑house UK production. This is a hands‑on role based between a head office and production facility, supporting daily planning, team coordination, and operational compliance.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced production environment and enjoys managing changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage daily and weekly production schedules (powders and liquids)
  • Monitor production output, yields, and KPIs
  • Use ERP systems to manage work orders, BOMs, and routings
  • Lead and coordinate production teams across mixing, filling, lab игровых, and packaging
  • Manage shift schedules and track performance targets
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, Health &.flutter, COSHH, and allergen controls
  • Maintain accurate batch traceability and production documentation
  • Liaise with purchasing, supply chain, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Support new product launches and manufacturing scale‑up
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience leading teams in food, FMCG, or manufacturing environments
  • Strong planning, organisational, and multitasking skills
  • Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and Health & Safety standards
  • Confident using Excel / Google Sheets and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
  • Clear communicator with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach
  • Full UK work rights
Desirable
  • Supplement, wellness, or food manufacturing experience
  • HACCP Level 3+, IOSH, or Food Safety qualifications
  • Experience with eCommerce or Amazon FBA fulfilment
