We are currently recruiting for an accounts assistant within their finance team and a summary of the responsibilities will include :
- Entering purchase invoices onto Sage Line 50 accounts system
- Coding all invoices
- Manual and electronic filing
- Post scanning & distribution to the Board
- Dealing with suppliers
- Answering and fielding accounts phone calls
- Any other ad-hoc duties
What are we looking for?
- Degree in accounting / maths / economics (ideally 2:1 or above)
- Be able to give good examples of initiative
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail as well as being confident using Excel
