Job Title: Omnichannel Operations Analyst
ECOMMERCE OPERATIONS
- Ensure orders are fulfilled timely and meet required standards.
- Monitor and coordinate the DC's incoming stock.
- Liaise with Customer Service and the Ecommerce team to provide fast and tailored solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain the ecommerce platform in a tidy and orderly manner.
- Ensure supplies are sufficient for the business and correctly distributed across channels (e-commerce, retail, wholesale, outlet).
- Act as the point of reference for last-mile carriers used for Max Mara Digital distribution.
- Train, support, and coordinate staff in daily activities such as shipping, returns processing, and stock handling.
WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS
- Liaise with warehouse staff to manage stock receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery.
- Plan, organize, and control overall warehouse operations.
- Plan warehouse resources and activities to meet business needs and objectives.
- Set targets for improvement.
- Manage staff development through internal/on-job training.
- Implement cost-efficient principles and operations to meet the company's budget in all warehouse activities.
STORES OPERATIONS
- Support seasonal activities such as inventories, relabeling, and End Of Season returns.
- Support daily activities like B2C / B2E, goods receiving, and transferring.
- Investigate, flag, and approve shortages, overages, and discrepancies in incoming stock.
- Provide packaging and hardware according to store needs.
- Ensure stores recall new stock without delays.
- Ensure staff follow procedures and are appropriately trained.
IT INFRASTRUCTURE AND HELPDESK FIRST LEVEL
- Build a local suppliers network to provide networks and hardware, aiming to fully localize procurement based on business needs and budgets.
- Ensure networks, hardware, and other IT infrastructures are up-to-date, efficient, and support business operations across stores, warehouses, and head office.
- Manage store tickets, organize and distribute them based on business priorities, needs, and SLAs.
