Thanks to our exceptional growth across all areas of the business, we're looking for talented individuals to help us shape the future of print manufacturing. We are currently seeking self-motivated operatives to join our state-of-the-art print facility.

Our cutting-edge factory is powered by industry-leading technology, including a fleet of EFI print machines , state-of-the-art Jwei cutters, among other advanced equipment.

These roles are a key part of our growing business, offering you the opportunity to join a dynamic, highly productive team in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

As a Real Living Wage employer, we offer a starting salary of £12.60 per hour, with the potential to earn up to £20 per hour based on experience and performance.

This is a full-time, permanent position, we have two shift patterns available, both working 8:15 hours shifts 5 days a week, below are the two options:

Double Days Rota:

• Week 1: 6am-2:15pm (2:30PM on Wednesdays)
• Week 2: 2pm-10:15pm (10:30PM on Wednesdays)

24/5 Rota:

• Week 1: 6am-2:15pm (plus an additional 15 minutes 1 day a week)
• Week 2: 10pm-6:15am (plus an additional 15 minutes 1 day a week)
• Week 3 2pm-10:15pm (plus an additional 15 minutes 1 day a week)

What skills are we looking for?

• Work independently in a busy, physical, and active environment.
• A team player who collaborates well with others.
• Ability to work an 8 shifts.
• Support your team during busy periods, being flexible and adaptable when needed.
• Basic/Good PC skills.
• Take health and safety seriously.

Bluetree's combined office, production, and training facilities are in Wath Upon Dearne, which is close to Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, and Doncaster. Our state-of-the-art 165,000 square foot facility is just a 15-minute drive from either the M1 or A1M and boasts ample free on-site parking, the facility is also located on a major bus rout,e which is just a few minutes away from the train stations of Mexborough, Swinton, and Wombwell.
