Cold-Store FLT Operative: Reach/Counterbalance, OT
Résumé du poste
A leading logistics company is seeking FLT Operatives in Pentre Maelor, Wales. You'll be responsible for supplying the factory with ingredients and packaging, handling equipment such as reach trucks and FLTs, and ensuring accuracy in picking and packing. Candidates must be reliable and able to work in cold environments. This role offers competitive pay, onsite support, and a temp-to-perm opportunity with various benefits including free food and PPE provided.

Qualifications
- Able to work in cold stores, minus 5 degrees.
- Reach / Counterbalance licence is required to undertake all tasks; candidates with a current licence are preferred, but training can be provided.
- Physically fit as bending, lifting, and reaching is required.
Responsabilités
- Supplying factory with ingredients and packaging, Reach truck and Counterbalance FLT's.
- Using handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Reading labels and codes accurately.
- Spotting discrepancies (wrong item, damaged packaging).
- Counting quantities correctly.
- Working with units, boxes, cases, pallets.
- Following standard operating procedures.
- Following warehouse safety rules.
