• Structured Progression: Transition from development to a field‑based consultant role, with continued support to achieve Cert IOSH and ultimately CMIOSH status.

• Tech IOSH Status: At minimum, you'll need to hold Tech IOSH status, with proof to back it up.

• Driving License: While location‑dependent, a valid driving licence will be required to ensure you're ready for client site visits when the time comes.

Full‑time, permanent position with a clear path to becoming a Health & Safety Field Consultant.
