  • Resilience, enthusiasm, and a collaborative mindset to deliver results under time constraints.
  • Experience with People Data systems such as SuccessFactors is an advantage.

Compliance Consultant

Umbrella Rate: £27.30/hr (Inside IR35)

What You Will Do
  • Manage and deliver the end-to-end process for Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), Pre-Action Protocol (PAP) requests, and other information inquiries from third parties, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with a dedicated team to embed General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance across operations.
  • Analyse employee master data and team activity to provide insightful reporting that supports decision-making.
  • Prioritise and organise your workload effectively to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
  • Make swift, risk-based decisions and address challenges constructively to ensure statutory deadlines are met.
  • Influence stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels to achieve successful outcomes.
What You Will Bring
