CBRE Global Workplace Solutions provides integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are seeking a Mobile HVAC Multi Skilled Engineer to cover sites in Manchester, Leeds, Wakefield, and Newcastle.
- Identify and manage risks related to equipment on site, including critical spares, performance improvements, and environment control via BMS.
- Maintain a comfortable environment using new equipment and technologies, liaising with clients on reactive and PPM tasks.
- Fault find on HVAC plant and equipment, especially VRV air conditioning systems, with F-Gas handling qualifications.
- Support Health and Safety initiatives within the team.
- Act as Energy Champion and Safety Champion for the site.
- Provide Electrical and Mechanical expertise to the maintenance team.
- Write and review Risk Assessments and ensure compliance with legislation.
- Complete documentation accurately using mobile devices and CAFM systems.
- Plan daily tasks using email and calendar tools.
- Liaise with onsite Supervisor and Account Manager regarding building services issues.
- Deputise for the site supervisor during leave or sickness when required.
- Work overtime, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required.
- Supervise and manage subcontractors.
- Participate in an on-call rota for emergencies outside normal hours.
- Recognised or Time Served Apprenticeship
- Proven HVAC maintenance experience
- Mechanical qualifications to City and Guilds standards
- Multiskilled abilities

- Understanding of permits and safe systems of work
- F-Gas refrigerant handling certification
- Working at Height qualification
- IPAF / PASMA certifications
