A leading logistics company in the UK is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. The role includes working in various weather conditions, operating an automated delivery system, and requires a full UK or EU driving licence with a minimum of 6 months driving experience. You will be out on the road whatever the weather, but you’ll never have to fight over the radio station and you can sing along as loud as you like! Our automated technology pre‑plans your route and pre‑loads your van. Working patterns involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. Base pay is £13.25 per hour with premiums that increase your average hourly earnings, enhanced overtime, and all breaks are paid.

Our recruitment team will conduct an online licence check and right‑to‑work checks, invite you to a tour of the site, a question‑and‑answer session and a relaxed chat as part of a light touch interview. We will run a Disclosure Barring System check (DBS). Once all checks are completed you will be offered the role and your career with Ocado Logistics will start.
Permanent, 40 hours per week including paid breaks. You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7 working 8 hour shifts. Shifts are AM & PM – you may start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as midnight. Pay structure is lunar paid, every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Hourly pay rates:
