A healthcare organization is seeking a passionate Named Nurse for Child Safeguarding to lead the safeguarding agenda and ensure compliance with statutory duties. This role involves managing responsibilities related to child safeguarding, providing leadership, and advocating for effective practices. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated individual to join the GMMH Corporate Safeguarding Team as the Trusts Named Nurse for Child Safeguarding. The post will be a Secondment Cover/Fixed Term Contract until the 30th September 2026.
The postholder will lead on the child safeguarding agenda and be responsible for ensuring that the Trust carries out its statutory duties in relation to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
The post holder must hold a current nursing qualification and have demonstrable post registration experience in child safeguarding.
