  • Coordinate access to activities, education, interventions and programmes identified within the sentence plan, preparing offenders for participation and reinforcing learning.
  • Identify emerging risks, needs or barriers, and work with the Probation Offender Manager to review risk assessments and revise plans.
  • Complete high‑quality OASys assessments, case notes, risk reports and sentence management documentation within required timelines.

  • Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary reviews and public protection processes, including IRMM and MAPPA meetings.
  • Prepare written contributions and attend parole hearings, providing clear and factual information.
  • Work effectively within the OMU as part of a professional, collaborative team at HMP Doncaster.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal departments, external agencies and local criminal justice partners.
  • Comply with all relevant PSIs, policies and Serco procedures.
  • Take ownership of professional development, completing mandatory training and ongoing learning requirements.
  • Provide flexible support across all OMU functions, undertaking reasonable duties as required to support operational needs.
