A leading vocational training provider in the UK is offering an apprenticeship for a Service Technician/Mechanic. The role focuses on diagnosing vehicle faults and servicing vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates should have GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent, with an enthusiasm for learning and teamwork. The Service department is vital to the success of our business. From first‑time fixes to delivering excellent customer service, our Service Technicians/Mechanics play a pivotal role in delighting our customers and encouraging their continued loyalty.
Training will be delivered using a combination of virtual classroom remote learning and face‑to‑face block release weeks at our state‑of‑the‑art training centre in Daventry. Our expert trainers will guide you through the programme using e‑learning, classroom learning and practical application. In the garage, your personal mentor will support your continued learning as you apply the skills and knowledge you have gained.

Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate skills in logic and problem solving. You should be someone who pays attention to detail and is committed to completing this apprenticeship programme.
