Supervisor – Store Operations
As a Supervisor, you will oversee the busy sales floor, motivate and coach your team of sales assistants to unlock their full sales potential and ensure our customers enjoy a personalised, meaningful shopping experience. You will champion our brand values of Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver and take ownership of daily store operations in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure retail environment.
What You’ll Do – Responsibilities
- Hold daily team briefs, share store KPIs, and motivate the team to beat these targets.
- Drive exceptional service through role‑modelling our selling ceremony and achieving KPIs.
- Perform store walks; understand commercial importance and shape visual merchandising.
- Monitor sales performance and take actions to support team success.
- Handle serious complaints escalated with professionalism and care.
- Build the bond between our brand and customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting your approach to individual personalities and needs.
- Use deep product knowledge and passion for storytelling to create unforgettable experiences and inspire love for Pandora’s sustainability, design, and craftsmanship.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by focusing on up‑selling, UPT, ATV, conversion, and productivity.
- Act as key holder for the store and ensure relevant opening/closure procedures are followed.
- Operate the till system, handle financial transactions, including returns and exchanges, and respond to escalations.
- Assist with product and POS deliveries; unload and store items in correct spaces in the store.
- Assist the store management with administrative duties, including recruitment, investigations, and disciplinary hearings if required.
- Always be alert while on the shop floor and follow company security policies and procedures.
Qualifications – What You Need
- Proven experience in driving sales and profitability.

- Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high‑performing team.
- The ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs and remain confident in a fast‑paced environment.
- A positive, can‑do attitude with contagious enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values.
- Driven by KPIs and excited by hitting and exceeding targets.
- A well‑presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and a passion for retail.
- Prior experience with a leading brand and/or desirable consumer product retailing is preferred.
