What You'll Do
  • Drive sales & deliver exceptional service: Achieve and exceed sales KPIs by flawlessly executing our customer experience model 'Every Moment Matters', creating memorable experiences for customers.
  • Build rapport and loyalty: Build meaningful connections with customers, providing personalised service and care, and encourage customer loyalty to collect valuable data for future interactions.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Share product knowledge and curate stunning jewellery selections that tell a story, creating special moments with every customer.
  • Achieve sales targets: Focus on conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction to exceed sales goals.
  • Support store operations: Assist with stock deliveries, maintain immaculate shop floor standards, and process transactions accurately at the till.
  • Be a natural communicator: You'll connect with customers, build rapport, and engage in meaningful conversations to create lasting relationships.
  • Passionate about the Pandora brand: Enthusiasm for our jewellery and a curiosity to learn about our products and customers' unique needs.

Remuneration & Hours
  • £16,786 per year (estimated).
  • Permanent, part-time: 8 hours per week.
  • Hourly rate: £12.60 per hour.
