This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive HR professional to join a leading, forward-thinking organisation and play a key role in shaping and delivering people initiatives across multiple divisions.
Reporting to the Head of HR, the Senior HR Advisor will provide comprehensive HR support across the business, managing complex employee relations, supporting business leaders, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation across the UK and Ireland.
You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact - coaching managers, supporting HR projects and change initiatives, and helping to embed a positive, people-focused culture.
- Manage complex employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence.
- Partner with managers to deliver an effective recruitment and onboarding process.
- Review and update HR policies and ensure consistent application across all divisions.
