A reputable educational institution in Otley is seeking a skilled HR Officer to manage essential HR functions, provide support during maternity leave, and enhance the school’s HR and payroll practices. Candidates must have CIPD Level 5 or equivalent and experience in a mid-sized HR department. The role involves leadership in recruitment and professional development, ensuring compliance with employment law, and fostering a strong staff team environment. This is a fixed-term position until February 2027.

NJC Grade SO1 Scale Points 23 – 25
Actual Salary £30,491.30 - £32,199.43 Per Annum
Hours 37 hours per week - Term Time Only, Plus 10 Additional Days
Contract Fixed Term Until February 2027, Or Until The Postholder Returns (Whichever Is Soonest)
