A leading UK HR consultancy is seeking an HR Manager - Employee Relations Specialist based in Farnborough. The role requires strong experience in managing complex Employee Relations cases and a comprehensive knowledge of UK Employment Law. You will support multiple sites and a variety of managers. The ideal candidate will have a track record in fast-paced environments such as hospitality and retail, alongside a CIPD Level 5+ qualification. The package includes a salary of £55,000 - £65,000, bonus, and hybrid working arrangements.

HR Manager - Employee Relations Specialist

We are recruiting an experienced HR Manager with strong, hands‑on experience of complex Employee Relations (ER) and expert knowledge of UK Employment Law. This role requires someone who can manage ER cases end-to-end independently, providing clear, accurate and commercially focused HR advice. The HR Manager will support multiple sites and a wide range of leaders with differing levels of HR knowledge. Candidates must have experience working in fast‑paced, multi‑site environments such as hospitality, retail, catering, contract services, or fast‑food/QSR head office.
