This ongoing role supports the operational and technological aspects of EMEA Benefits, including managing day-to-day benefit processes in line with internal policies.
- Supporting the Benefits team with technology projects and strategies to enhance employee experience.
- Ensuring compliance with onboarding and offboarding procedures by managing vendors.
- Supporting administration of EMEA benefit programs and managing tech risk.
- Handling operational tasks such as postings, presentations, and stakeholder documentation.
- Experience in EMEA Benefits operations.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Familiarity with DB and DC pension arrangements is advantageous.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
