Job Description:

We have a great opportunity for an Employee Benefits Administrator to join a successful financial services firm in Glasgow. The successful candidate will join the Corporate Employee Benefits team and will be responsible for supporting service delivery to a portfolio of corporate clients and assisting advisers who provide advice across a range of products.

Essential Skills/Experience:
  • Several years’ experience in a Corporate Benefits support or administration role, preferably in Pensions and Group Risk
  • Ability to quickly assimilate information and effectively prioritize workload
  • Strong team player with collaborative skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Reliable work ethic ensuring delivery to clients
  • Desire to learn and improve continually
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective administration of group risk and pension arrangements
  • Assist advisers in providing compliant advice and services
  • Support advisers in delivering advisory and administrative services profitably using technology
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
  • Help advisers build new client relationships
  • Identify and manage service issues
  • Prepare reports on group risk, pension governance, employee demographics, investment performance, and legislative changes
