Are you an experienced employee benefits professional looking to advance your career? Our client is seeking a Client Account Executive to join their expanding firm. This role is vital in supporting client account service delivery, developing trusted relationships, and managing benefit programs from strategy to placement.

What you’ll be doing

• Advise clients on benefit requirements, insurer services, coverage options, and pricing
• Manage daily servicing to support client retention and growth
• Prepare risk specifications, conduct data audits, manage scheme accounting, and handle ad-hoc consulting
• Coordinate renewals, market reviews, and policy placements
• Investigate service disruptions and liaise with carriers for resolutions
• Develop strong insurer relationships
• Ensure compliance and internal controls are met
• Oversee claims and underwriting activities for clients
• Collaborate with other team members to deliver seamless service
