Due to our continued success, the business has an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our fast-growing Employee Benefits (EB) team in Tonbridge. As an Associate Consultant, you will provide support to the existing team, and if you wish, gradually develop your knowledge and skills to become a fully-fledged Consultant. We are looking for individuals who fit our business culture. You should have excellent numerical skills and a strong academic background, with experience in Group Protection and Healthcare services (e.g., group life assurance, income protection, critical illness, private medical insurance, health cash plans). Experience in defined contribution (DC) pensions and auto-enrolment is advantageous but not essential.
