Job Title: Senior Employee Benefits Consultant

Location: UK-wide offices

Working style: Hybrid 3 days a week in the office

Are you currently working within Employee Benefits consulting and looking to take the next step in your career? BWD has an excellent opportunity suitable for candidates from various backgrounds.

We are collaborating with a leading consultancy firm aiming to strengthen their DC pensions and employee benefit offerings with several key hires. They seek technical EB consultants to work on projects addressing complex and technical issues. They also desire candidates with strong business development skills to help grow the department and drive it forward.

Both roles offer excellent opportunities in a thriving market, suitable for individuals with 5+ years of experience in healthcare and group risk consulting. As a senior team member, you will have the chance to work on proposition development, leadership, and overall growth of the team and business. You will manage a portfolio of clients, delivering risk management, compliance, reviews, reports, and acting as a primary contact for escalated matters.

Experience Required:

• 5+ years of experience working within an employee benefit consultancy, including flexible benefits, risk, and healthcare.
• Excellent technical knowledge of UK and global EB products, with experience advising clients on trust and insurance-based schemes.
• Strong experience in managing people, assisting with work distribution, delivery, and mentoring.
