Talent Hub are working in partnership with a successful online business, and their marketing team is expanding, and they are looking for business or marketing Graduate with ideally 1 year marketing experience. They need someone who is highly organised, creative thinking and content creator, able to manage multiple projects and contribute to the fast paced and busy team and campaign activity on various marketing channels and platforms.
Responsibilities for this Marketing Assistant job include:
Assist with content creation across digital platforms — social media posts, blogs, email campaigns, and more.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team, including campaign coordination and scheduling.
Contribute to maintaining and update website content and marketing materials.
Support the delivery of email marketing and CRM initiatives.
Assist with the coordination of webinars, events, and online promotions.
You should have:
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
A creative thinker with a proactive, hands-on attitude
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
Comfortable with design tools such as Canva; basic design or animation skills would be a strong bonus (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, GIF creation).
Some exposure to marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics) would be a plus, but training will be provided.
