Job summary
A well-respected recruitment consultancy is seeking a planner in Wolverhampton to coordinate and schedule service appointments for field technicians. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience in a technical gas and/or plumbing engineering environment is preferred. This role offers the chance to contribute to client satisfaction and operational efficiency in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational, time-management and IT skills.

- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Previous experience in a similar coordinating or administrative role.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for field technicians.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client scheduling enquiries.
- Maintain meticulous records of service appointments and technician availability.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and accommodate last-minute changes.
- Organise plant and materials deliveries for Engineering staff.
