A leading financial planning business in Cambridge seeks experienced Administrators to manage client correspondence, process new business, and provide general back-office support. Please note: Progression is available to Trainee Paraplanner, Paraplanner and to Adviser if you so wish. However, this is not a prerequisite to be considered and the business is very happy to have long term administrators.
Overview of the role is detailed below:
- Client correspondence, written and verbal.
- Processing new business.
- Preparation of client review packs.
- Arranging client meetings and managing the Adviser’s diary.
- Illustration requests.
- Ensure that all financial planning client administration is carried out in accordance with internal procedures.
- Maintain client records on the company software and ensure the client files are well presented, accurate and compliant.
- Taking phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them where appropriate.
- General back-office support using IO software.
