A leading independent hospital group in the UK is seeking a Deputy Theatre Manager to provide clinical and managerial leadership. The role involves ensuring the highest standards in patient care, coordinating theatre utilisation, and managing departmental staff. Candidates should hold relevant clinical qualifications with experience in a theatre environment. The Deputy Theatre Manager will deputise for the Theatre Manager and support him / her in the provision of appropriate clinical and managerial leadership throughout the department. Maximising theatre utilisation, Consultant compliance and maintaining clinical standards, the post-holder will provide strong leadership and direction to all staff across the service and act as a point of contact for advice and expertise relating to professional issues.
