• Lead solution ideation, design, and implementation activities across the Workday platform
• Analyse business context to shape solutions aligned with strategic objectives
• Develop and recommend solution options, including RFIs, RFPs, or prototypes
• Define solution roadmaps and ensure architecture is aligned with enterprise standards
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and domain architects to formalize and adopt IT standards and procedures
• Provide strategic technical direction and maintain oversight across Workday modules

• Proven hands-on experience with Azure Cosmos DB, including query optimization and throughput management
• Proficiency with C#/.NET or Node.js development
• Strong understanding of concurrency patterns, CLR, and scalable application architecture
• Experience designing solutions using Azure services like: Azure Functions, App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Logic Apps
• Solid experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
