This role is in support of Cencora's third-party logistics service in the UK operating through our Alloga business.
Job Title: Senior Client Account Manager
Location: South Normanton, Derbyshire, DE55
Reports To: Director of Client and Customer Care
Direct Reports: Client Account Managers
Salary: c. £50,000 + Annual Company Bonus
Role Summary
As one to two Senior Client Account Manager at Alloga, you will manage an exceptional portfolio of current Healthcare Clients, with direct client relationship responsibilities, and through the Client Account management team delivering exceptional client service.
With a strong sense of commercial awareness, this role is pivotal in maintaining Alloga’s long term commercial partnering with our clients. Fostering growth initiatives, you will take responsibility for the management and performance of a small team of Client Account Managers, delivering exceptional service in our relationships with clients.
Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Head of Commercial, Head of Customer Relations, Head of 3PL Contract Management, Senior Client Account Manager and Implementation Manager
