Job Brief
An experienced and well-rounded Account Manager is needed for a well-known Facilities Management organisation. The successful candidate must be a member of BIFM, have appropriate FM or technical qualifications, and a good knowledge of building services and legislations.
Responsibilities

- Ensure financial policies and processes are effectively communicated, implemented, and monitored.
- Ensure contracts are staffed by fully competent, properly trained teams, with all post holders being appropriately skilled and experienced to undertake their roles effectively.
- Deliver effective communication through competent advice, leadership, and direct contribution to client management meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, and monthly and ad-hoc reporting.
- Ensure the efficient and effective operation, maintenance, and repair of the site's M&E Plant and equipment, building fabric, and services.
- Minimise company risk from a technical, financial, or health and safety perspective by making appropriate checks in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Previous contract management experience.
- Member of BIFM, appropriate FM, or technical qualifications.
- Good knowledge of building services and legislation.
- Experience managing services in a prestigious corporate environment.
- Good experience and track record in working in Facilities Management.
- Ability to think clearly in extreme circumstances.
- Technical background essential.
- H&S Qualification / M&E Qualifications.
- Health and Safety aware in all aspects of the business.
- Water Systems and Legionella Control - HSG274.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.
- Experience of using a CAFM system.
- Full clean driver's license.
