Overview

Required for 20.00 hours per week. Here at McColls we pride ourselves on being the second largest multiple convenience operator in the UK. As a Store Colleague/Sales Assistant it will be your responsibility to ensure our customers receive the first class customer service that they have come to expect every time they visit one of our stores. It is also about talking to customers promoting various products through active selling. We will train you to do this.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Talk to customers about products and promote them through active selling.
• Operate tills and cash handling.
• Stock control and merchandising to maintain a clean and well-presented store.
• Assist the store management team and contribute to a positive, friendly working environment.
