Job summary
A major main contractor in the UK is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to join their interiors and refurbishment division. Responsibilities include managing all MEP aspects of projects, from pre-construction through to handover. Candidates should possess a recognisable building services qualification and have experience with fit-out and interiors projects. Competitive daily rates and flexible working arrangements are offered.

Education

They operate across commercial, residential, public and interiors sectors, working on a diverse range of new build and refurbishment schemes from £500k to £50 million. The current position is for an experienced Building Services Manager to join the interiors and refurbishment division, working on schemes from £500k to £10 million.
