Overview

Are you a hands-on leader with solid technical knowledge of fire and security systems? We’re looking for a Service Manager to take charge of service delivery across a growing portfolio in the Wiltshire area. This is a key office-based role, ideal for someone who thrives on operational efficiency, leading small engineering teams, and ensuring service excellence in line with industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and allocate fault and service work for engineers
  • Supervise, mentor and technically support engineers and office admin staff
  • Maintain accurate job records and CRM updates
  • Monitor performance against KPIs (SLA, FTF, PPM Completion)
  • Ensure compliance with NSI, BAFE, HSE regulations
  • Support occasional technical queries and attend client meetings
What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in fire & security service delivery
  • Technical understanding of systems like Texecom, Avigilon, Advanced, 2N, AJAX
  • Strong administrative, planning and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator across engineers, clients, and suppliers
