Job summary
A leading equipment hire company in New Southgate is seeking a Hire Sales Executive. In this role, you'll assist customers and contractors in selecting the right tools and machinery for their projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and sales experience. You'll be key in building customer relationships that drive repeat business. Competitive salary of £35,000 plus bonuses with potential earnings up to £50,500 for top performers.

Hire Sales Executive
Location : New Southgate
Salary : £35,000 + Bonus
On-Target Earnings (OTE) : Up to £50,500 for top performers
Hours : Monday to Friday, 7:30–17:30 (40 hours), plus Saturdays, 8:00–13:00, with one Saturday off in lieu every two weeks.

This isn't furniture sales — you'll be the trusted expert helping contractors and tradespeople find the right tools and machinery to get the job done efficiently.
- Assisting walk-in customers and contractors with their equipment hire needs
- Recommending suitable tools and machinery from a trusted hire range
- Offering expert advice to support customers' projects
- Building strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business
