A recruitment agency in Birmingham is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide excellent service and manage customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and possess exceptional communication skills. This position offers a salary of £14.50 per hour, with a mixture of shifts from 8am to 6pm.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Responsabilités
- Handle inbound calls from new and existing customers.
- Act as the first point of contact for all customers.
- Process applications and respond to emails.
- Manage complaints and ensure data accuracy.
Connaissances
You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and be the first point of contact for customers phoning up to renew or purchase the company’s products.
- Handling inbound calls from new and existing customers
- Act as first point of contact to all customers contacting the business
- Processing applications
- Responding to emails
- Manage complaints
- Provide high quality service throughout the customer lifecycle
- Ensuing all accounts and information provided are correct
- Inputting all details onto the inhouse system
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- The ability to resolve queries and questions
The department is open from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday, you will work a mix of hours they will be 8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm and 10am – 6pm.
This is a long temp temporary role, with the possibility of it going permanent for the right candidate
