A financial services company in Belfast is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to act as the first point of contact for customers. The role involves assisting with transactions, resolving queries, and building strong customer relationships. The role is based in Belfast.
We offer site‑based contracts with a hybrid working pattern. Expected level of attendance in an office is at least days per month (pro‑rata for part‑time roles). We’re happy to discuss specific working patterns and arrangement within this hybrid approach during the recruitment process.
