We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our valued client, a highly respected and forward-thinking housebuilder, for an enthusiastic and results-driven New Home Sales Consultant to join their team in Norwich.
The Role:
As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the brand, providing exceptional customer service and guiding prospective buyers through the journey of purchasing their new home – from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage prospective customers in the sales office and show homes.
Build strong relationships and guide buyers through the full sales process.
Proactively follow up leads, manage appointments and close sales.
Liaise with site managers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors to ensure smooth progress of sales.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Smart, professional presentation and strong attention to detail.
Weekend working required - Thursday - Monday Rota.
