Sales Executive (Cyber Security Solutions)

Location: Northamptonshire & Milton Keynes area (hybrid field-based role)

Salary: £28,000 £32,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £50k+) + car allowance

The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a Sales Executive to join their team and help them grow across
Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes. You ll manage qualified leads from their marketing partners, as well as develop your own pipeline. This is a hybrid role, suited to someone who enjoys meeting clients face-to-face, building relationships, and closing deals.

What You ll Do:

  • Engage with qualified leads and prospects.
  • Meet decision-makers (MDs, FDs, IT/Compliance Managers) to understand needs.
  • Present our client s cyber security solutions and tailor proposals.
  • Manage the sales cycle from first meeting to closing deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

What They re Looking For:

  • 2+ years B2B sales experience (IT/software/telecoms preferred).
  • Strong consultative sales and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and target driven.
  • Based locally (Northants/MK) and able to travel.
  • Full UK driving licence and own car required.
