As Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the commercial success of contracts, providing strategic input, driving performance, and leading a team to deliver results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Manage invoicing, overheads, cost control and financial reporting to protect profit and cash flow
  • Oversee contract management, valuations, and cost reporting
  • Manage subcontractor relationships and procurement processes
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure commercial best practice
  • Provide commercial leadership and support to project teams
  • Support tendering and mobilisation of new projects, ensuring viable margins
About you
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Manager within Drainage, Utilities, Rail or Highways
  • Strong knowledge of framework contracts and commercial processes
  • Excellent financial, negotiation and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and drive performance
