Job description

On behalf of our rural Hereford client, we are recruiting for an ambitious Sales Manager to join their existing B2B sales team on a full time, permanent basis.

This role offers scope to nurture established partnerships, expand offering within the existing customer base, and secure new business prospects. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you ll be at the forefront of shaping the sales strategy and driving forward the plan to spread brand awareness and remain the supplier of choice.

What you can expect:

  • £35,000 basic salary
  • Plus £10,000 OTE commission
  • Hybrid working opportunity with a minimum of 3 days from the office
  • Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm with 30minutes unpaid lunch break)
  • Occasional travel 2/3 shows per year plus customer visits to site if required

What you will be doing:

  • Work closely with operations and marketing to ensure excellent customer service and brand consistency
