Our client is a well-established local multi office practice with a strong reputation and presence in the Bristol market.
Due to ongoing growth, they are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to bolster their highly regarded and successful Property team.
The ideal candidate will be qualified as a solicitor, legal executive or experienced licensed conveyancer, with proven experience of working in a conveyancing team as a fee earner. You will ideally possess around 5 years PQE and be confident in independently managing your own caseload.
The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion on a broad mix of matters, including but not limited to, sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, first registrations and transfers of equity.
