Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Conveyancer at Inspire Legal Group. You have the opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking smart firm where our legal tech allows you to focus on 'law'.

You will be responsible for Risk Assessments, Title Checking, and Generating Reports to Clients.

Daily scheduled telephone meetings with certain clients, supported by our Client Services Team. The role involves Title Checks and enquiries to create legal reports, addressing daily automated task lists that enable lawyers to focus on legal work, with our HQ and system handling the rest. This position is within a fast-paced, hardworking environment reacting to various legal matters daily.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law and Legal Issues
• Title Checking, Raising Enquiries, and Legal Document Preparation
• Attention to detail and analytical skills are essential
• Ability to work independently and remotely, engaging in daily team meetings supporting the Head of Conveyancing
• Experience in RTB Leasehold and Freehold Purchases and Sales
• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent, with 5 years proven experience
