• Coach & Support People to Move Forward
• Deliver 1-1 coaching with clarity, empathy and energy
• Build confidence, motivation and direction
• Support with CVs, applications, interviews and job readiness
• Help people stay committed when things get tough

• Make outbound calls, send emails, visit local employers
• Pitch your participants professionally
• Understand employer needs and match the right people to the right roles
• Convert leads into job starts and sustainable outcomes

• Manage a large and varied caseload every day
• Stay organised, structured and consistent
• Use data, activity and KPIs to drive performance

• Keep accurate case notes and follow compliance
• Work to safeguarding, programme and funding requirements
• Show care and professionalism with public funds

This is an office-based, people-facing role, working daily with participants and local employers.

You don't need employability experience. Some of our best people came from:

• Retail and hospitality leadership
• Customer service or call centres
• Sales or recruitment
• Community or support roles
