Deliver groceries by driving a 3.5 tonne van to customers’ doorsteps, on time and in good condition.

• Complete checks to ensure the van is organized, clean and roadworthy, and that delivery cases are secure before getting out onto the road
• Drive safely in a variety of locations and conditions
• Serve customers brilliantly, assist with questions and substitutions, and keep them informed of any delays
• Build knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide recommendations
• When not delivering, help across the store as needed

• Friendly and welcoming with enthusiasm for helping customers and delivering the best doorstep experience
• Proficient in driving a large vehicle in different locations, from busy streets to narrow country lanes, delivering to a variety of residential properties
• Happy in a fast-paced, physical, high-energy environment; able to use initiative to solve problems, often working alone but thriving in a team
• Flexible and productive across the store when needed; fully trained in a variety of skills to learn, develop and try new things
• Comfortable learning to use new digital tools and technology; able to move shopping containers up to 15 kg

• You must be over 18 and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points
• You will complete an online driving risk assessment as part of your interview and, if successful, there will be a driving assessment when you join us
• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
