Job summary
A dynamic recruitment agency is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer in Dartford to oversee production and packaging operations in a fresh produce company. The role includes conducting quality checks, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and training staff on quality standards. - 2-3 years’ experience in QA within fresh produce/FMCG/food manufacturing.
- Practical experience with flow wrap machines and fresh produce packaging lines.
- Understanding of retailer specifications and food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks on incoming fresh produce.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRC and company SOPs.
- Train and guide line operators and intake staff on quality.
