A senior technical project manager will support the delivery of software products to customers and internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring alignment across Product, UX, Engineering, Cloud Operations and Senior Management. Operating in a fast‑paced agile environment the successful candidate will focus on iterative delivery and continuous feedback.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product delivery and ensure consistent flow of value to customers and the business
• Lead rolling roadmap planning, estimation, resource allocation, budgeting and change management
• Facilitate project ceremonies, stand‑ups and updates to maintain visibility and coordination
• Manage cross‑functional team activities and proactively address dependencies
• Monitor work‑in‑progress, remove blockers and manage internal roadblocks
• Provide regular reporting on project health including metrics, status updates and issue tracking
• Track progress using burndown charts and other tools
• Communicate project status to senior stakeholders and escalated issues as needed
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process refinement
• Support the VP of Product Planning and TPM in shaping team practices

Skills and Experience

• Experience managing multiple projects and teams in a global environment
• Familiarity with software product and SaaS delivery
• Project Management certification or equivalent experience
• Practical experience applying Lean and Agile methodologies
• Experience with onshore‑offshore delivery models
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha! and other project / product management platforms
