We are seeking a Paid Social and Affiliates Manager to join our team. The role involves driving customer acquisition and growth through data-led paid social and affiliate marketing strategies.

• Job Title: Paid Social and Affiliates Manager
• Salary: £59,850 to £86,691 per annum (dependent on location and experience) plus benefits
• Locations: London, Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds, Halifax, Chester
• Hours: 35 hours, full-time
• Working Pattern: Hybrid, at least two days per week at the hub

• Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies for paid social channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to test and scale affiliate marketing efforts.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across paid social platforms, focusing on performance improvement.
• Translate strategic goals into detailed channel plans targeting profitable customer segments.
• Coordinate with media and creative agencies to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Implement a test-and-learn culture with measurable experiments.
• Identify and leverage new growth opportunities within the full funnel marketing approach.
• Stay updated on platform innovations and emerging trends to enhance growth.
• Support long-term channel vision and share best practices across teams.

• Deep expertise in paid social marketing with a focus on delivering measurable results.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing principles and performance-based models.
• Experience in managing paid social campaigns with strong analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience in campaign creation, testing, and optimization.
• Proactive growth mindset with a track record of initiating growth initiatives.
